Biggs Porter joined Maxar Technologies in August 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Maxar, he spent five years as Executive Vice President and CFO at Fluor Corporation, and six years as CFO of Tenet Healthcare Corp. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Raytheon, Northrop Grumman and TXU.
He was twice named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine, and was ranked as the top CFO in the engineering and construction industry by Institutional Investor magazine.
Mr. Porter has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duke University and a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Walter S. Scott is DigitalGlobe's founder and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He was responsible for DigitalGlobe's Platform and Services Business Units, as well as space system acquisition. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tony Frazier joined Maxar in 2017 after its acquisition of DigitalGlobe and serves as our EVP of Global Field Operations. In this role he leads all sales, business development, and services delivery activities for the company outside of the Canadian market. Prior to this role Mr. Frazier served as President of Radiant Solutions. Mr. Frazier served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business from 2013 and led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications team since 2010, prior to its acquisition by DigitalGlobe in 2013. Prior to GeoEye, Mr. Frazier served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems, where he brought to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Frazier held senior marketing roles at Infor, iPhrase Technologies an MIT start-up acquired by IBM, and pcOrder.com. Mr. Frazier began his career in strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Most recently, Mr. Greenley was Sector President of L-3 WESCAM, based in Burlington, Ontario since 2016. L-3 WESCAM is a leader in Canada and worldwide in electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) imaging and targeting sensor systems across defense, homeland security and law enforcement markets. Previously from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Greenley served as vice president and general manager of CAE Canada, supporting defence and security markets. Prior to CAE, he served from 2008 to 2013 with General Dynamics (GD), first as vice president of strategy and business development for GD Canada, then as vice president international for GD Mission Systems. From 2004 to 2008, he served as vice president of the modeling and simulation business at CAE.
Mr. Greenley holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). He is a past chair of the Industry Advisory Board, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) in Canada. In 2016, Mr. Greenley was named Defence Executive of the Year by Canadian Defence Review. He is also a 2012 recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for service to peers and country.

Megan Fitzgerald leads the Space Systems organization at Maxar, previously the SSL business unit, which provides advanced satellites and spacecraft systems for customers in the U.S. government and commercial sectors.
Megan joined SSL in 2007 and has held a variety of key roles: Senior Vice President of Program Management, Vice President of Production, Vice President of Systems Production and Executive Director of Advanced Programs and Systems.
Megan was first affiliated with SSL in 1994, joining a Loral Space & Communications limited partnership with Qualcomm, as the customer executive responsible for the procurement of the Globalstar LEO space segment from SSL. In that job, she directed the development, deployment and operation of the Globalstar space segment as well as procurement of the space and launch segments for the second generation Globalstar satellite constellation
Earlier in her career, Ms. Fitzgerald worked for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company in both engineering management and business development roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

James Lee joined Maxar in April 2019 as General Counsel. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Aramark Corp. since August 2004. At Aramark, he led the legal functions for Uniform Services, a segment of the business with $2.4 billion in annual revenue and 21,000 employees, and for Refreshment Services, as well as the real estate, M&A and labor relations groups. He also served on the board of Aramark Uniform Services Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co.
Prior to that role, Mr. Lee worked at O’Melveny & Myers as Counsel in the M&A Group, the firm at which he started his legal career as Corporate Associate immediately after receiving his law degree. In the middle of his tenure at O’Melveny & Myers, he served as Vice President and General Counsel at eConnections, Inc., a supply chain and purchasing software company.

Prior to joining Maxar, from 2009-2013, Jeff led the Information Technology organization at ADT Security Services, where he served as Chief Information Officer. ADT provides security, video, and home automation solutions to over 6.5 million residential customers and over 100,000 large corporations and US Government agencies. Additionally, Jeff's prior experience includes launching an internet start-up and serving as a Senior IT Portfolio Director at CNA Financial Services. Jeff started his career at IBM and spent ten years at Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture) supporting Finance & Performance Management. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Andrea R. Bortner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Maxar Technologies. She is based at our office in Westminster, Colorado.
Previous to joining SSL MDA in August 2016, Ms. Bortner served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Catalina. Prior to this role she held various roles of leadership at Harris Corporation. Ms. Bortner consulted as an executive coach for Insight Into Actions, Inc. and held progressively responsible positions with such leading companies as Electronic Data Systems, Georgetown University, PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP) and Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS)
Ms. Bortner holds a bachelor's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Her additional development includes leadership courses at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, along with numerous certifications in leadership, assessment, facilitation, and coaching.

Randy joined DigitalGlobe in April 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, based in Westminster, Colorado. He also serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Maxar Technologies, DigitalGlobe’s parent company. As CFO, Randy is responsible for driving the financial performance of DigitalGlobe, including managing risk, planning and reporting. Previously, Randy worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for eight years, serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Aerospace and Defense. In that role he supported CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors, focusing on M&A and strategic finance. He has more than 20 years of finance experience at companies including AIG, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company’s Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.
Previously, Mr. Jablonsky had served as President of DigitalGlobe since October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. He joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also held the role of General Manager, International Defense & Intelligence from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to DigitalGlobe, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck, LLP from 2011 to March 2012, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky served as the Interim Co-General Counsel of Flextronics International Ltd., and from 2007 to 2010, he held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions at Flextronics. Mr. Jablonsky previously was in-house counsel at UBS Financial Services, Inc., served in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Jablonsky was an officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy.

Howell Estes, of Colorado Springs, CO, has been Chairman of the Board since December, 2018. He served previously as a Director of Maxar Technologies from October, 2017, Chairman of the Board of DigitalGlobe from February, 2011 and Director from May 14, 2007. General Estes is the President of Howell Estes & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm, since 1998. Gen. Estes serves on the Boards of Directors of Analytical Graphics, Inc., a software development company focused on spaceflight and national security, and the Air Force Academy Foundation. From 1965 to 1998, he served in the U.S. Air Force. At the time of his retirement from the Air Force, he was Commander-in-Chief of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and the United States Space Command and also Commander of the Air Force Space Command. In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Air Force Academy, he holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Program for Senior Managers in Government at Harvard's JFK School of Government.

Mr. Chookaszian, of Wilmette, Illinois, has been a Director of the Company since July 28, 2005. Mr. Chookaszian is a Corporate Director. From November 1999 until February 2001, Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of mPower, Inc., a financial advice provider focused on the online management of 401(k) plans. Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Companies ("CNA") from September 1992 to February 1999. During his 27-year career with CNA, Mr. Chookaszian held several management positions at the business unit and corporate levels, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1992 and Chief Financial Officer from 1975 to 1990. He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of CNA from 1999 to 2001. He served as Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Chookaszian currently serves as a Director on Career Education Corporation and CME Holdings. Mr. Chookaszian is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Cyprus, of Mahwah, NJ has been director since October 5, 2017 previously director of DigitalGlobe since June 25, 2009. Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors Company, an automotive manufacturer, from December 2006 to July 2013. Prior to joining General Motors Company, from May 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Cyprus served as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Interpublic Group of Companies. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at AT&T Corporation. Mr. Cyprus currently sits on the Board of Directors of Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Reader's Digest Association, Inc.) and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Cyprus also sits on the Board of Directors of Volt Information Sciences, Inc., and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee as well as a member of its Governance and Nominating Committee and Compensation and Benefits Committee. Ms. Garver, of McLean, Virginia, has been a Director of the Company since July 30, 2015. Ms. Garver is General Manager of the Air Line Pilots Association. Ms. Garver served as Deputy Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) from 2009 to 2013. She previously worked at NASA from 1996 to 2001 within the Office of Policy and Plans, culminating in reporting directly to the NASA Administrator on NASA's policies and long range plans. Outside of NASA, Ms. Garver was Executive Director of the National Space Society for nine years and worked for Capital Space, LLC and DFI International as a Vice President.
Joanne Isham, of Alexandria, VA, has been a director since November 1, 2016. Ms. Isham had a distinguished career as a Senior Executive in the U.S. Intelligence Community until her retirement in 2006. She held senior policy and national security space positions, serving as deputy director, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency; deputy director, Science and Technology, Central Intelligence Agency; director, Congressional Affairs, Central Intelligence Agency; and director, Legislative Affairs, National Reconnaissance Office. Subsequently, she held executive positions with BAE Systems, Inc., High Performance Technologies, Inc. and L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Kehler (USAF retired), of Alexandria, VA, has been director since November 1, 2016. Mr. Kehler has also served as a non-executive director of Inmarsat plc since May 2014. Mr. Kehler had a distinguished military career with deep focus on U.S. military space strategy and policy. He served as Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Commander, Air Force Space Command; Deputy Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Director, National Security Space Integration; and Commander, 21st Space Wing. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1975 as a Distinguished Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University R.O.T.C. program, has master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma in Public Administration and the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies, and completed executive development programs at Carnegie-Mellon University, Syracuse University and Harvard University.
Mr. Kenning, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been a Director of the Company since May 14, 2003. Mr. Kenning is a Corporate Director. Mr. Kenning was a Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management, a company involved in the real estate, asset management and power generation sectors, from 1995 to January 2005. From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Kenning was also Chairman and Managing Partner of B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation, a Brookfield affiliate active in merchant banking and investing. Mr. Kenning is currently a Director of the British Columbia Ferry Services Inc., West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and the Fraser Institute. Mr. Kenning has also been Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the B.C. Cancer Foundation. Over the past ten years, Mr. Kenning has served as Director of a number of public and private corporations. In addition, Mr. Kenning is a past Governor of the Business Council of British Columbia and a past Director of the B.C. chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Dr. Mason, of Alexandria, VA., has been director since October 5, 2017, having previously been director of DigitalGlobe since Oct. 21, 2015. Dr. Mason was appointed president of Peraton's Space, Intelligence and Cyber sector, as of January 2018. Prior to joining Peraton, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer of Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization since January 2014. Prior to joining Noblis, from May 2009 to January 2014, Dr. Mason was the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Systems and Resource Analyses (ADNI/SRA). Dr. Mason serves as a director of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, a 501(c)6 organization, and chairs its Audit and Compensation Committees. He also serves as a director on the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization and is an appointed member of the Intelligence Community Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences. Dr. Mason earned his doctorate and master's degrees in engineering physics (nuclear) from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg School), and a bachelor's degree in physics from The George Washington University.

Mr. Phillips retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of the BCR Group of Companies in 2004. Prior to joining BCR, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy for MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. and previously held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer at the PTI Group Inc. and Dreco Energy Services Ltd. Mr. Phillips has also enjoyed a prestigious law career and was appointed Queen's Counsel in Alberta in 1991. Currently, Mr. Phillips is a Director of several corporations, including Canadian National Railway Corporation, Canadian Western Bank, Precision Drilling Corporation, and West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. Mr. Zahler is Managing Director of Sagamore Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm pursuing investments in the aerospace/defense, industrial electronics and selected business service markets. From February 2000 to November 2007, Mr. Zahler was President and Chief Operating Officer of Loral Space & Communications Inc., a global satellite communications services provider and a manufacturer of commercial satellites. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Zahler held varying senior level management positions at Loral and its predecessor companies. From 1975 to 1992, Mr. Zahler was an attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he was elected Partner in 1983. Mr. Zahler currently serves as a Director of exactEarth Ltd. Mr. Zahler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Yale University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
