Biggs Porter joined Maxar Technologies in August 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Maxar, he spent five years as Executive Vice President and CFO at Fluor Corporation, and six years as CFO of Tenet Healthcare Corp. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Raytheon, Northrop Grumman and TXU.
He was twice named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine, and was ranked as the top CFO in the engineering and construction industry by Institutional Investor magazine.
Mr. Porter has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duke University and a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Walter S. Scott is DigitalGlobe's founder and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He was responsible for DigitalGlobe's Platform and Services Business Units, as well as space system acquisition. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, from 2004 to 2011, Tim served as a senior executive at TriZetto, most recently as President, BCBS Market. Additionally, Tim's prior experience includes General Manager, North America for Equitant. Tim began his business career with Andersen Consulting, later Accenture, and was made partner in 1996.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, and achieved the rank of Major in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an imagery intelligence officer.

Anil Wirasekara is Senior Financial Executive of Maxar Technologies. He is based at our office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Mr. Wirasekara joined in 1992 and served as Manager of Operations Information and Financial Management at MDA, where he was a key manager in implementing the Company's growth and diversification strategy.
Previous to joining MDA, Mr. Wirasekara held a variety of financial management positions with a large multi-national organization as well as five years with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants.

Previous to joining SSL MDA in August 2016, Ms. Bortner served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Catalina. Prior to this role she held various roles of leadership at Harris Corporation. Ms. Bortner consulted as an executive coach for Insight Into Actions, Inc. and held progressively responsible positions with such leading companies as Electronic Data Systems, Georgetown University, PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP) and Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS)
Ms. Bortner holds a bachelor's degree in industrial organizational psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Previous to joining SSL, Ms. Kley worked as a Corporate Associate for several top-tier law firms in San Francisco, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Stephanie previously served as DigitalGlobe's SVP, Corporate Strategy, Communications and Marketing. She was an advisory partner with Genesis, Inc., a Denver-based consultancy since June 2013 where she provided strategy and investor relations consulting to companies in a broad range of industries.
Prior to Genesis, she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at CenturyLink. Serving in the same role at Qwest Communications International, she was one of four senior executives selected to join the CenturyLink Leadership Team, post-merger. During her ten years at both companies, Stephanie's responsibilities included corporate strategy, product innovation, brand strategy, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Qwest, Stephanie held various management and analyst positions including 18 years covering the Telecommunications Services sector as a top-ranked sell-side analyst on Wall Street. Stephanie joined Qwest in 2002 from Morgan Stanley where she served as senior telecommunications services analyst, and was recognized as an “All-Star Analyst” by Institutional Investor Magazine and a “Top Stock Picker” by the Wall Street Journal. Stephanie has served as a director of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. since July 2013.

Bruce W. Stephenson is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Maxar Technologies. He is based at our office in Westminster, Colorado.
Previous to joining Maxar in October 2016, Mr. Stephenson was a Partner at Bain & Company, a global consulting firm, since 2000. He collaborated with senior executives in the global aerospace and defense sector and other industries to develop and implement growth strategies, assess and integrate acquisitions, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Mr. Stephenson was an active duty U.S. Air Force officer from 1988-1998, serving in military space leadership roles at the National Reconnaissance Office, 45th Space Wing, and 2nd Space Operations Squadron. Following his active duty career, he continued to serve as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve until his retirement in 2012, focusing on space systems acquisitions, architectures and policy.

Jose joined DigitalGlobe in January 2016 as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Jose has over 22 years of experience in public company accounting, financial planning & reporting, treasury, and audit.
Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Jose was the Vice President of Accounting, Financial Reporting and MIS for The ADT Corporation; the leader in home and business security solutions in North America. During his tenure at ADT, he led the optimization and simplification efforts of the controllership function, which resulted in the reduction in the month-end close processes, establishment of best practices, and implementation and leveraging of ADT’s finance systems. Prior to joining ADT, Jose held a number of roles with Tyco Int’l including North America Regional Assistant Controller, where he was instrumental in leading the Tyco’s finance transformation efforts which resulted in the establishment of an accounting shared service center in Boca Raton, FL. Prior roles include Corporate Controller for SimplexGrinnell (a Division of Tyco Int’l), Controller for optical retailer Sterling Vision and Assistant Treasurer at Safety Components International. Jose started his career in New York as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, New Jersey and Florida. Jose has a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Boston College, and a MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

ADT provides security, video, and home automation solutions to over 6.5 million residential customers and over 100,000 large corporations and US Government agencies.
Additionally, Jeff's prior experience includes launching an internet start-up and serving as a Senior IT Portfolio Director at CNA Financial Services. Jeff started his career at IBM and spent ten years at Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture) supporting Finance & Performance Management. Mr. Richard L. White is President of Government Systems SSL, a leading provider of innovative satellites and spacecraft systems. In this role, he is responsible for bringing SSL and MDA capabilities to serve the U.S. Government.
Mr. White is an experienced senior U.S. Government programs executive with deep knowledge and access across numerous U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence, and civilian agencies. He has held leadership positions in general management, programs management, engineering, and business development across multiple mission areas. These include intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, satellite antennas and payloads, and cyber security.
Mr. White was previously Chief Executive Officer at Capstone Corporation, a privately held services provider to the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence, and civilian agencies.
Before that he served in senior management roles at Harris Corporation in its Government Communications Systems Division from 1982 to 2013. These included President, Healthcare Solutions; Vice President and General Manager, Cyber Integrated Solutions; Senior Executive, Washington D.C. Regional Operations; Vice President Programs, Information Technology Services; Vice President Business Development, Intelligence Agencies; and Director, Space Programs.
Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. Rich resides in Reston, Virginia, and is located at the SSL Government Systems office in northern Virginia.

Most recently, Mr. Greenley was Sector President of L-3 WESCAM, based in Burlington, Ontario since 2016. L-3 WESCAM is a leader in Canada and worldwide in electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) imaging and targeting sensor systems across defense, homeland security and law enforcement markets. Previously from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Greenley served as vice president and general manager of CAE Canada, supporting defence and security markets. Prior to CAE, he served from 2008 to 2013 with General Dynamics (GD), first as vice president of strategy and business development for GD Canada, then as vice president international for GD Mission Systems. From 2004 to 2008, he served as vice president of the modeling and simulation business at CAE.
Mr. Greenley holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). Mr. Dario Zamarian was appointed Group President of SSL in August 2017. He is based at our office in Palo Alto.
Mr. Zamarian brings a wealth of experience in leading transformative growth and strategic leadership to SSL, where he works closely with the senior executive team to support the needs of satellite operators around the world and drive growth into new markets.
Before joining SSL, Mr. Zamarian advised multiple technology companies affiliated with The Blackstone Group and served on several of their company boards. Most notably, he was instrumental in the strategy formulation, acquisition and integration activities that formed Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions.
Prior to that, Mr. Zamarian was Dell's Global Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of the Enterprise Systems & Solutions and the Networking Divisions from 2010-2013. Mr. Zamarian served as Vice President and General Manager, Systems and Network Management at Cisco Systems from 2004-2010.
Previously he held positions in corporate strategy, product management, sales and software engineering for several technology firms in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Lance was Executive Advisor at Blackstone Group's private equity business from 2012 to 2016. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Lance was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Corporation, an international communications and information company serving government and commercial customers. Prior to Harris Corporation, Mr. Lance served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NCR Corporation from 2001 to 2003. From 1984 to 2001, Mr. Lance served in a variety of progressively more senior roles at Emerson Electric Company, lastly as Executive Vice President of the Electronics and Telecom segment.

Howell Estes, of Colorado Springs, CO, has been Chairman of the Board since December, 2018. He served previously as a Director of Maxar Technologies from October, 2017, Chairman of the Board of DigitalGlobe from February, 2011 and Director from May 14, 2007. General Estes is the President of Howell Estes & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm, since 1998. Gen. Estes serves on the Boards of Directors of Analytical Graphics, Inc., a software development company focused on spaceflight and national security, and the Air Force Academy Foundation. From 1965 to 1998, he served in the U.S. Air Force. At the time of his retirement from the Air Force, he was Commander-in-Chief of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and the United States Space Command and also Commander of the Air Force Space Command. Mr. Chookaszian, of Wilmette, Illinois, has been a Director of the Company since July 28, 2005. Mr. Chookaszian is a Corporate Director. From November 1999 until February 2001, Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of mPower, Inc., a financial advice provider focused on the online management of 401(k) plans. Mr. Chookaszian served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Companies ("CNA") from September 1992 to February 1999. During his 27-year career with CNA, Mr. Chookaszian held several management positions at the business unit and corporate levels, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1992 and Chief Financial Officer from 1975 to 1990. Mr. Cyprus, of Mahwah, NJ has been director since October 5, 2017 previously director of DigitalGlobe since June 25, 2009. Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors Company, an automotive manufacturer, from December 2006 to July 2013. Prior to joining General Motors Company, from May 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Cyprus served as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Interpublic Group of Companies. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at AT&T Corporation. Mr. Cyprus currently sits on the Board of Directors of Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Reader's Digest Association, Inc.) and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee. Ms. Garver, of McLean, Virginia, has been a Director of the Company since July 30, 2015. Ms. Garver is General Manager of the Air Line Pilots Association. Ms. Garver served as Deputy Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) from 2009 to 2013. She previously worked at NASA from 1996 to 2001 within the Office of Policy and Plans, culminating in reporting directly to the NASA Administrator on NASA's policies and long range plans. Outside of NASA, Ms. Garver was Executive Director of the National Space Society for nine years and worked for Capital Space, LLC and DFI International as a Vice President.
Joanne Isham, of Alexandria, VA, has been a director since November 1, 2016. Ms. Isham had a distinguished career as a Senior Executive in the U.S. Intelligence Community until her retirement in 2006. She held senior policy and national security space positions, serving as deputy director, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency; deputy director, Science and Technology, Central Intelligence Agency; director, Congressional Affairs, Central Intelligence Agency; and director, Legislative Affairs, National Reconnaissance Office. Subsequently, she held executive positions with BAE Systems, Inc., High Performance Technologies, Inc. and L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Kehler (USAF retired), of Alexandria, VA, has been director since November 1, 2016. Mr. Kehler has also served as a non-executive director of Inmarsat plc since May 2014. Mr. Kehler had a distinguished military career with deep focus on U.S. military space strategy and policy. He served as Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Commander, Air Force Space Command; Deputy Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Director, National Security Space Integration; and Commander, 21st Space Wing. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1975 as a Distinguished Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University R.O.T.C. program, has master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma in Public Administration and the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies, and completed executive development programs at Carnegie-Mellon University, Syracuse University and Harvard University.
Mr. Kenning, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been a Director of the Company since May 14, 2003. Mr. Kenning is a Corporate Director. Mr. Kenning was a Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management, a company involved in the real estate, asset management and power generation sectors, from 1995 to January 2005. From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Kenning was also Chairman and Managing Partner of B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation, a Brookfield affiliate active in merchant banking and investing. Mr. Kenning is currently a Director of the British Columbia Ferry Services Inc., West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., and the Fraser Institute. Mr. Kenning has also been Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the B.C. Cancer Foundation. Over the past ten years, Mr. Kenning has served as Director of a number of public and private corporations. In addition, Mr. Kenning is a past Governor of the Business Council of British Columbia and a past Director of the B.C. chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Dr. Mason, of Alexandria, VA., has been director since October 5, 2017, having previously been director of DigitalGlobe since Oct. 21, 2015. Dr. Mason was appointed president of Peraton's Space, Intelligence and Cyber sector, as of January 2018. Prior to joining Peraton, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer of Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization since January 2014. Prior to joining Noblis, from May 2009 to January 2014, Dr. Mason was the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Systems and Resource Analyses (ADNI/SRA). Dr. Mason serves as a director of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, a 501(c)6 organization, and chairs its Audit and Compensation Committees. He also serves as a director on the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization and is an appointed member of the Intelligence Community Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences. Mr. Phillips retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of the BCR Group of Companies in 2004. Prior to joining BCR, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy for MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. and previously held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer at the PTI Group Inc. and Dreco Energy Services Ltd. Mr. Phillips has also enjoyed a prestigious law career and was appointed Queen's Counsel in Alberta in 1991. Mr. Zahler, of New York, New York, has been a Director of the Company since May 1, 2014. Mr. Zahler is Managing Director of Sagamore Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm pursuing investments in the aerospace/defense, industrial electronics and selected business service markets. From February 2000 to November 2007, Mr. Zahler was President and Chief Operating Officer of Loral Space & Communications Inc., a global satellite communications services provider and a manufacturer of commercial satellites. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Zahler held varying senior level management positions at Loral and its predecessor companies. From 1975 to 1992, Mr. Zahler was an attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he was elected Partner in 1983. Mr. Zahler currently serves as a Director of exactEarth Ltd. Mr. Zahler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Yale University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
