Biggs Porter joined Maxar Technologies in August 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Maxar, he spent five years as Executive Vice President and CFO at Fluor Corporation, and six years as CFO of Tenet Healthcare Corp. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Raytheon, Northrop Grumman and TXU.
He was twice named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine, and was ranked as the top CFO in the engineering and construction industry by Institutional Investor magazine.
Mr. Porter has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duke University and a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Walter S. Scott is DigitalGlobe's founder and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He was responsible for DigitalGlobe's Platform and Services Business Units, as well as space system acquisition. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tony Frazier joined Maxar in 2017 after its acquisition of DigitalGlobe and serves as our EVP of Global Field Operations. In this role he leads all sales, business development, and services delivery activities for the company outside of the Canadian market. Prior to this role Mr. Frazier served as President of Radiant Solutions. Mr. Frazier served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business from 2013 and led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications team since 2010, prior to its acquisition by DigitalGlobe in 2013. Prior to GeoEye, Mr. Frazier served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems, where he brought to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Frazier held senior marketing roles at Infor, iPhrase Technologies an MIT start-up acquired by IBM, and pcOrder.com. Mr. Frazier began his career in strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Most recently, Mr. Greenley was Sector President of L-3 WESCAM, based in Burlington, Ontario since 2016. L-3 WESCAM is a leader in Canada and worldwide in electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) imaging and targeting sensor systems across defense, homeland security and law enforcement markets. Previously from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Greenley served as vice president and general manager of CAE Canada, supporting defence and security markets. Prior to CAE, he served from 2008 to 2013 with General Dynamics (GD), first as vice president of strategy and business development for GD Canada, then as vice president international for GD Mission Systems. From 2004 to 2008, he served as vice president of the modeling and simulation business at CAE.
Mr. Greenley holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). He is a past chair of the Industry Advisory Board, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) in Canada. In 2016, Mr. Greenley was named Defence Executive of the Year by Canadian Defence Review. He is also a 2012 recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for service to peers and country.

Megan Fitzgerald leads the Space Infrastructure organization at Maxar, previously the SSL business unit, which provides advanced satellites and spacecraft systems for customers in the U.S. government and commercial sectors.
Megan joined SSL in 2007 and has held a variety of key roles: Senior Vice President of Program Management, Vice President of Production, Vice President of Systems Production and Executive Director of Advanced Programs and Systems.
Megan was first affiliated with SSL in 1994, joining a Loral Space & Communications limited partnership with Qualcomm, as the customer executive responsible for the procurement of the Globalstar LEO space segment from SSL. In that job, she directed the development, deployment and operation of the Globalstar space segment as well as procurement of the space and launch segments for the second generation Globalstar satellite constellation
Earlier in her career, Ms. Fitzgerald worked for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company in both engineering management and business development roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jim Lee joined Maxar in April 2019 as General Counsel. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Aramark Corp. since August 2004. At Aramark, he led the legal functions for Uniform Services, a segment of the business with $2.4 billion in annual revenue and 21,000 employees, and for Refreshment Services. He also served on the board of Aramark Uniform Services Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co.
Prior to that role, Mr. Lee was a transactional attorney at O’Melveny & Myers and also served as General Counsel at eConnections, Inc., a supply chain and purchasing software company.
Mr. Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Jeff previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Maxar, from 2009-2013, Jeff led the Information Technology organization at ADT Security Services, where he served as Chief Information Officer. ADT provides security, video, and home automation solutions to over 6.5 million residential customers and over 100,000 large corporations and US Government agencies. Additionally, Jeff's prior experience includes launching an internet start-up and serving as a Senior IT Portfolio Director at CNA Financial Services. Jeff started his career at IBM and spent ten years at Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture) supporting Finance & Performance Management. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Jeff Culwell joined Maxar in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer. Previously, Mr. Culwell served as DigitalGlobe’s Senior Vice President, Operations, providing low latency imagery via direct access to the satellite or via electronic terrestrial communications. He was also responsible for our satellite constellation, remote ground terminals, and our customer installations enabling direct access to the constellation. Prior to DigitalGlobe, Jeff was at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory working on the Galileo mission to explore Jupiter and its moons and subsequently working on the Deep Space 1 mission to prove 13 new satellite technologies. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.

Nancy Coleman was appointed to the Maxar leadership team in March 2019 after serving as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Maxar and at DigitalGlobe prior to the company’s acquisition by MDA in October 2017. As SVP of Marketing & Communications for Maxar, she leads an integrated function encompassing corporate, regional and product marketing, employee communications, public relations, brand and industry leadership.
She previously served as Senior Director of Communications at DigitalGlobe, a position she assumed when GeoEye and DigitalGlobe combined in 2013. Prior to that role, Ms. Coleman was Senior Director, Marketing & Communications at GeoEye for eight years. Ms. Coleman also held corporate marketing and communications positions at leading technology and information businesses including SGI and Engility.

Liz was appointed to the Maxar Leadership team as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2019 after serving as the VP, HR for DigitalGlobe since September 2018. As the CHRO Liz is responsible for developing and driving organizational and people strategies aligned with the strategic and tactical initiatives of the company. Liz brings over 20 years of experience and has a strong background in leading human resources operations for startup to mid-size to large technology companies through critical stages of strategic growth. More recently Liz held the position of VP, People and Places for Rally Software. She played a key role in preparing for the IPO by developing and establishing the people programs that effectively led to a successful IPO. Prior to Rally, Liz held various HR leadership positions with Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

In addition he is Maxar’s Corporate Treasurer and he is responsible for Corporate Development. Previously, Randy worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Aerospace and Defense. In those roles he supported CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors, focusing on M&A and strategic finance. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company’s Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.
Previously, Mr. Jablonsky had served as President of DigitalGlobe since October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. He joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also held the role of General Manager, International Defense & Intelligence from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to DigitalGlobe, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck, LLP from 2011 to March 2012, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky served as the Interim Co-General Counsel of Flextronics International Ltd., and from 2007 to 2010, he held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions at Flextronics. Mr. Jablonsky previously was in-house counsel at UBS Financial Services, Inc., served in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Howell Estes, of Colorado Springs, CO, has been Chairman of the Board since December, 2018. He served previously as a Director of Maxar Technologies from October, 2017, Chairman of the Board of DigitalGlobe from February, 2011 and Director from May 14, 2007. General Estes is the President of Howell Estes & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm, since 1998. Gen. Estes serves on the Boards of Directors of Analytical Graphics, Inc., a software development company focused on spaceflight and national security, and the Air Force Academy Foundation. From 1965 to 1998, he served in the U.S. Air Force. At the time of his retirement from the Air Force, he was Commander-in-Chief of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and the United States Space Command and also Commander of the Air Force Space Command. In addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Air Force Academy, he holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Program for Senior Managers in Government at Harvard's JFK School of Government.

Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors Company, an automotive manufacturer, from December 2006 to July 2013. Prior to joining General Motors Company, from May 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Cyprus served as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Interpublic Group of Companies. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Cyprus was Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at AT&T Corporation. Mr. Cyprus currently sits on the Board of Directors of Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Reader's Digest Association, Inc.) and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Cyprus also sits on the Board of Directors of Volt Information Sciences, Inc., and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee as well as a member of its Governance and Nominating Committee and Compensation and Benefits Committee. Ms. Decyk is the Chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She retired as Executive Vice President of Global Government Relations for Royal Dutch Shell, plc, an oil, gas, chemical and refined petroleum products company, in December 2010, after serving in that position since June 2009. From 2008 until June 2009, Ms. Decyk served as Corporate Affairs and Sustainable Development Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc and from July 2005 to 2008, she served as Corporate Affairs Director. Prior to this, Ms. Decyk was Director International of Shell International B.V., Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs and Human Resources of Shell Oil Company, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Shell International Limited. Mr. Kehler (USAF retired), of Alexandria, VA, has been director since November 1, 2016. Mr. Kehler has also served as a non-executive director of Inmarsat plc since May 2014. Mr. Kehler had a distinguished military career with deep focus on U.S. military space strategy and policy. He served as Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Commander, Air Force Space Command; Deputy Commander, U.S. Strategic Command; Director, National Security Space Integration; and Commander, 21st Space Wing. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1975 as a Distinguished Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University R.O.T.C. program, has master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma in Public Administration and the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies, and completed executive development programs at Carnegie-Mellon University, Syracuse University and Harvard University.
Dr. Mason, of Alexandria, VA., has been director since October 5, 2017, having previously been director of DigitalGlobe since Oct. 21, 2015. Dr. Mason was appointed president of Peraton's Space, Intelligence and Cyber sector, as of January 2018. Prior to joining Peraton, he was the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer of Noblis, a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization since January 2014. Prior to joining Noblis, from May 2009 to January 2014, Dr. Mason was the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Systems and Resource Analyses (ADNI/SRA). Dr. Mason serves as a director of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, a 501(c)6 organization, and chairs its Audit and Compensation Committees. He also serves as a director on the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization and is an appointed member of the Intelligence Community Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences. Dr. Mason earned his doctorate and master's degrees in engineering physics (nuclear) from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg School), and a bachelor's degree in physics from The George Washington University.
Mr. Phillips, of West Vancouver, British Columbia, has been a Director of the Company since October 22, 2003. Mr. Phillips is a Corporate Director. Mr. Phillips retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of the BCR Group of Companies in 2004. Prior to joining BCR, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy for MacMillan Bloedel Ltd. and previously held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer at the PTI Group Inc. and Dreco Energy Services Ltd. Mr. Phillips has also enjoyed a prestigious law career and was appointed Queen's Counsel in Alberta in 1991. Currently, Mr. Phillips is a Director of several corporations, including Canadian National Railway Corporation, Canadian Western Bank, Precision Drilling Corporation, and West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. Mr. Zahler, of New York, New York, has been a Director of the Company since May 1, 2014. Mr. Zahler is Managing Director of Sagamore Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm pursuing investments in the aerospace/defense, industrial electronics and selected business service markets. From February 2000 to November 2007, Mr. Zahler was President and Chief Operating Officer of Loral Space & Communications Inc., a global satellite communications services provider and a manufacturer of commercial satellites. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Zahler held varying senior level management positions at Loral and its predecessor companies. From 1975 to 1992, Mr. Zahler was an attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he was elected Partner in 1983. Mr. Zahler currently serves as a Director of exactEarth Ltd. Mr. Zahler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Yale University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
Mr. Zervigon has been a Director of the Company since October, 2019. He previously served on DigitalGlobe’s Board of Directors from 2004 to 2013, and again from 2014 to 2017. He has been a Special Advisor at Riverside Management Group, a boutique merchant bank, since 2012. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the Principal Investments Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, a global financial services firm, from 1997 to 2012. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Zervigon was a Certified Public Accountant at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand, which is now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and currently maintains his CPA credentials.
Mr. Zervigon has served as a director of Bloom Energy since 2007, and serves as Chairman of the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Public Policy Committee and a member of its Audit Committee. He previously served as a director of MMCinemas, Impsat Fiber Networks, Inc., TVN Entertainment Corporation and Stadium Capital Management, LLC. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from Florida International University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
