Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company's Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company’s Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.

Previously, Mr. Jablonsky had served as President of DigitalGlobe since October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. He joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also held the role of General Manager, International Defense & Intelligence from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to DigitalGlobe, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck, LLP from 2011 to March 2012, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky served as the Interim Co-General Counsel of Flextronics International Ltd., and from 2007 to 2010, he held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions at Flextronics. Mr. Jablonsky previously was in-house counsel at UBS Financial Services, Inc., served in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Jablonsky was a surface warfare officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Walter Scott

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Walter S. Scott is Maxar's Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He founded DigitalGlobe in 1992, which became part of Maxar in 2017. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Walter S. Scott is Maxar's Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He founded DigitalGlobe in 1992, which became part of Maxar in 2017. Tony Frazier

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Public Sector Earth Intelligence

Mr. Frazier joined Maxar in 2017 after its acquisition of DigitalGlobe and serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Public Sector Earth Intelligence. In this role he leads Maxar’s business that enables the U.S. Government, dozens of U.S. Foreign Partners, and numerous humanitarian organizations apply satellite imagery, secure ground systems, geospatial products, online platforms, and advanced analytic capabilities to critical missions. In this capacity, Mr. Frazier’s team is focused on harnessing innovation in commercial space, 3D, advanced computing, and artificial intelligence to ensure the U.S. and its Allies maintain a strategic advantage by being able to see, understand, and act on precise activities at global scale.

Prior to this role Mr. Frazier led all sales, business development, and services delivery activities for the Company. Previously, Mr. Frazier served as President of Radiant Solutions, which was formed by combining the Geospatial Services across legacy portions of Maxar from 2017 until 2019. Mr. Frazier also served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business from 2013 and prior to DigitalGlobe’s acquisition of GeoEye, Inc. in 2013, led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications team since 2010. Prior to GeoEye, Mr. Frazier served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems, where he brought to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy.

Prior to Cisco, Mr. Frazier held senior marketing roles at Infor, iPhrase Technologies an MIT start-up acquired by IBM, and  pcOrder.com. Mr. Frazier began his career in strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Since March 2021, Mr. Frazier serves as a member of the board of directors of Iridium Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: IRDM). Mr. Frazier holds a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.

Liz Andora

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Liz was appointed to the Maxar Leadership team as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2019 after serving as the VP, HR for DigitalGlobe since September 2018. As the CHRO Liz is responsible for developing and driving organizational and people strategies aligned with the strategic and tactical initiatives of the company. Liz brings over 20 years of experience and has a strong background in leading human resources operations for startup to mid-size to large technology companies through critical stages of strategic growth. More recently Liz held the position of VP, People and Places for Rally Software. She played a key role in preparing for the IPO by developing and establishing the people programs that effectively led to a successful IPO. Prior to Rally, Liz held various HR leadership positions with Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

Liz graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a BA in Political Science, and an MBA in Marketing and Management.

Liz Andora

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Jim Lee joined Maxar in April 2019 as General Counsel. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Aramark Corp. since August 2004. At Aramark, he led the legal functions for Uniform Services, a segment of the business with $2.4 billion in annual revenue and 21,000 employees, and for Refreshment Services, as well as the real estate, M&A and labor relations groups. He also served on the board of Aramark Uniform Services Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co.

Prior to that role, Mr. Lee worked at O’Melveny & Myers as Counsel in the M&A Group, the firm at which he started his legal career as Corporate Associate immediately after receiving his law degree. In the middle of his tenure at O’Melveny & Myers, he served as Vice President and General Counsel at eConnections, Inc., a supply chain and purchasing software company.

Mr. Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Jeff Robertson

Senior Vice President, Chief Internal Operations Officer

Jeff is the Chief Internal Operations Officer and Chief Risk Officer for Maxar. His responsibilities include Satellite Operations, Ground Engineering and Operations, and Geospatial Product Production. In addition, Jeff leads the Maxar Shared Services organization, which includes IT, Facilities, Security, Enterprise Business Systems and Procurement. Jeff previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Maxar, Jeff was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at ADT Security Services. Jeff’s prior experience includes internet product and services startups, large program portfolio management, and he spent 10 years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) leading finance and performance management innovation for customers. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Colleen Campbell

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Colleen Campbell joined Maxar in August 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Campbell oversees the company’s global marketing and communications strategy, including executive communications, internal communications, media relations, marketing initiatives, digital strategy and corporate reputation management. 

Ms. Campbell most recently served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Alion Science and Technology, a leading defense contractor specializing in AI, C5ISR, electronic warfare, cyber and military training solutions. She led marketing, media relations, advertising, communications, sponsorships and events for Alion’s three business groups. Prior to that, Ms. Campbell was Director of Digital Strategy and Integrated Communications at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she was responsible for global brand management, advertising, digital marketing and communications. She was previously the lead interactive strategist and head of digital research at the Glover Park Group and Vice President of Digital Strategy for Ogilvy Public Relations. 

Ms. Campbell has a bachelor’s degree in Political Communications from George Washington University and a master’s degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University.

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Chris Johnson leads the Space Infrastructure organization at Maxar, which provides advanced satellites and spacecraft systems for customers in the U.S. government, civil and commercial sectors.

Before joining Maxar in May 2021, Mr. Johnson spent more than two decades at Boeing, most recently serving as President, Boeing Satellite Systems International where he was responsible for strategy, capture, development and manufacturing of Boeing’s commercial satellite business. Prior to that role, he was vice president of Boeing’s commercial satellite services division and held a number defense and intelligence-related engineering management and business development roles at the company. 

He has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in systems architecting and engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Carolyn Pittman joined Maxar in July 2019 as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer following a 23-year career at Northrop Grumman Corporation and its spin-off company, Huntington Ingalls Industries, where she held numerous financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance and Controller of Newport News Shipbuilding, Chief Financial Officer of Northrop Grumman Enterprise Shared Services, and corporate Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of Northrop Grumman. Karen Cox

Vice President, Government Relations and Public Policy

Karen Yasumura Cox joined Maxar in 2014 and serves as Vice President of Government Relations & Public Policy. Ms. Cox oversees the company’s federal, state and local legislative and policy agendas.

Ms. Cox was previously Manager of Government Affairs at Intelsat, where she also chaired the company’s Political Action Committee. Prior to that she was a policy advisor in the U.S. Senate and a legislative analyst for the U.S. Air Force. She has been a company representative to the Satellite Industry Association, a Board Member of the Washington Space Business Roundtable and an officer for Women in Aerospace.

Ms. Cox holds a Masters of National Security Policy from the Naval War College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Leadership from the University of Denver.

Karen Cox

Vice President, Government Relations and Public Policy

Mike Mohn

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Mohn joined Maxar in July 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mohn has extensive experience as a strategic finance leader and business partner working for a range of companies in aerospace, defense and tech.

His most recent role was as CFO of Pivotal Commware, a telecommunications equipment provider based in the Seattle area. Previously he was SVP of Sales and Services Finance at Cisco, VP/CFO of Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems’ Information and Services business as well as CFO of Honeywell Aerospace’s Military Aircraft division.

Mr. Mohn has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.

Mike Mohn

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Mohn joined Maxar in July 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mohn has extensive experience as a strategic finance leader and business partner working for a range of companies in aerospace, defense and tech.

His most recent role was as CFO of Pivotal Commware, a telecommunications equipment provider based in the Seattle area. Previously he was SVP of Sales and Services Finance at Cisco, VP/CFO of Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems’ Information and Services business as well as CFO of Honeywell Aerospace’s Military Aircraft division.

Mr. Mohn has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.

Will Cocos

Chief Transformation Officer

Will Cocos joined Maxar in August 2023 as Chief Transformation Officer and is responsible for leading the development and execution of Maxar’s value creation plan. Previously Will served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at Comar, a private equity-owned manufacturer of pharmaceutical and medical device components.
 
At Comar, Will was responsible for leading strategy development and execution, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, product management, and supply chain. Prior to joining Comar, Will was a partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on leading large-scale transformations of Fortune 500 companies in the engineered products space. Will also served as an officer in the US Navy SEAL Teams and is a combat veteran of the Afghanistan and Iraq wars.
 
Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with distinction from the US Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with bioinformatics concentration from Drexel University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Will Cocos joined Maxar in August 2023 as Chief Transformation Officer and is responsible for leading the development and execution of Maxar’s value creation plan.
