Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company’s Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.
Previously, Mr. Jablonsky had served as President of DigitalGlobe since October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. He joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also held the role of General Manager, International Defense & Intelligence from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to DigitalGlobe, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck, LLP from 2011 to March 2012, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky served as the Interim Co-General Counsel of Flextronics International Ltd., and from 2007 to 2010, he held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions at Flextronics. Mr. Jablonsky previously was in-house counsel at UBS Financial Services, Inc., served in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Jablonsky was a surface warfare officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy.

Prior to this role Mr. Frazier led all sales, business development, and services delivery activities for the Company. Previously, Mr. Frazier served as President of Radiant Solutions, which was formed by combining the Geospatial Services across legacy portions of Maxar from 2017 until 2019. Mr. Frazier also served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business from 2013 and prior to DigitalGlobe’s acquisition of GeoEye, Inc. in 2013, led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications team since 2010. Liz was appointed to the Maxar Leadership team as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2019 after serving as the VP, HR for DigitalGlobe since September 2018. As the CHRO Liz is responsible for developing and driving organizational and people strategies aligned with the strategic and tactical initiatives of the company. Liz brings over 20 years of experience and has a strong background in leading human resources operations for startup to mid-size to large technology companies through critical stages of strategic growth. More recently Liz held the position of VP, People and Places for Rally Software. She played a key role in preparing for the IPO by developing and establishing the people programs that effectively led to a successful IPO. Prior to Rally, Liz held various HR leadership positions with Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

He also served on the board of Aramark Uniform Services Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co.
Prior to that role, Mr. Lee worked at O’Melveny & Myers as Counsel in the M&A Group, the firm at which he started his legal career as Corporate Associate immediately after receiving his law degree. In the middle of his tenure at O’Melveny & Myers, he served as Vice President and General Counsel at eConnections, Inc., a supply chain and purchasing software company.

Jeff previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Maxar, Jeff was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at ADT Security Services. She was previously the lead interactive strategist and head of digital research at the Glover Park Group and Vice President of Digital Strategy for Ogilvy Public Relations.

Prior to that role, he was vice president of Boeing’s commercial satellite services division and held a number defense and intelligence-related engineering management and business development roles at the company.
He has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in systems architecting and engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

She is member of the National Science Board and chairs the Women in Aviation Advisory Board of the Federal Aviation Administration.
